To Our Valued Clients and Colleagues,
As our Mid-Atlantic Region feels the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the team at Mid-Atlantic Controls would like to take this opportunity to share the measures being taken as we continue to safely serve our community’s building automation needs.
As allowed by state law, we will continue to remain operational while maintaining the highest levels of care for both our clients and employees. Until further notice, all maintenance, repairs, and projects will continue as scheduled.
MACC Coronavirus Preparedness and Prevention:
1. All technicians will be equipped with the following personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering a building or business for peace of mind and prevention:
- Masks
- Gloves
2. Most employees are working remotely from home, and all meetings are being held online or over the phone.
3. If an employee exhibits symptoms, they will be asked to stay home or seek medical attention consistent with CDC and WHO guidelines. No exceptions.
From all of us at MACC, thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this difficult situation. We hope to serve our community as much as needed during this challenging time.
Sincerely,
Mid-Atlantic Controls Corp.
